Let us introduce ourselves
Find Free Yoga is a non-profitable organization established since 1989, by a group of yoga students believing in nature and life force. The purpose of this organization is to provide free yoga classes to anyone interested irrespective of religious background or their race.
Our team of coordinators with respective instructor will travel around the world from time to time to meet the enthusiastic yoga students or organizations to spread the knowledge of yoga. We strongly believe that yoga is a therapeutic practice and promotes healthy living thus preventing any mental or physical disorders to mankind. We are ready to teach or train students till they experience the very nature of therapeutic yoga and its perpetual benefits in life.
How it all came to be…
SIMONGOD PARAM – THERAPEUTIC YOGA INSTRUCTOR
The founder has been teaching yoga since 1989 in Malaysia as well as in many other countries for free. His doctrine of yoga started at the age of 22 when he was a student at a local University. He strictly believes in teaching yoga for free from the very beginning till the end of his life just to ensure no one in this world is deprived from the knowledge of yoga and its various applications in our daily activities.
The founder always insists on free yoga due to his very own nature of being sustainable to everyone irrespective of countries, race or religion. He has been promoting yoga by conducting free yoga classes throughout the world for almost 25 years and still travelling around to meet the enthusiastic yoga students. He always tells his students that yoga is a holistic approach to health and progress in life.

VISION : FIND FREE YOGA’S vision is to ensure everyone has an opportunity to grow physically and spiritually. Concurrently living life to the fullest with five elements of nature.
We do not want any child or a person deprived from knowing or learning yoga because it was developed and given by the almighty. Yoga can make anyone happy, healthy and prosperous as well because it has the capability of developing our body, mind and soul together. You can always practice yoga anywhere easily and one needs just a simple place to do it.
The benefits of yoga can be enjoyed when you practice it on daily basis in the morning and evening. Perhaps 30 minutes practice of yoga in the morning during the sun rise and in the evening during the sun set will make you stay away from any disease. The most powerful yoga pose is the sun salutation or the surya namaskar (sun salutation) in Sanskrit language. The sun being the only sustainable source of solar energy can provide us the vital energy to our body, mind and soul. So, lets practice and promote yoga to everyone to enjoy the abundance of universal life force for the body, mind and soul.
